U.S. Army Thanks William Loiry For His Work On CBRN
Following The 2006 Homeland and Global Security Summit, U.S. Army Major General Bruce Davis, Commander of the Joint Task Force Civil Support, wrote William Loiry, "Thank you for your gracious invitation to speak at the Homeland & Global Security Summit. It was a great opportunity for professionals from the various organizations to come together and discuss potential issues pertaining to, preparing for, and reacting to a CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear) incident. Your management team were true professionals."
