William Loiry Complimented on Community Preparedness

William Loiry has worked tirelessly for many years to facilitate domestic disaster planning and preparedness. In 2004, Ike Eisentrout, from the Office of Port Security, Headquarters, United States Coast Guard, wrote Loiry, "Sir I want to compliment you on the Community Preparedness Briefing your company hosted on December 7, 2004 at the NPC. I have been in the national defense business for over 25 years, most of it in the US Army Special Forces. I now work as a Coast Guard Federal Employee in DHS as a senior security specialist. My division is responsible for the Area Maritime Security Committees per the MTSA 2002. I found this briefing full of information that I intend to share across the nation with our state, local and private industry partners and of course those in the DHS.
